Enrollment Associate

$75,000 USD/year ^{Pay is set based on global value, not the local market. Most roles = hourly rate x 40 hrs x 50 weeks}  ($37.5 USD/hour)

• Oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
• Lead families through the admissions journey with regular follow-up and defined action steps
• Facilitate and implement admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings
• Collaborate with campus personnel to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless experience
• Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and subsequent communications

• Functioning in a strictly administrative role with no direct family engagement
• Working within a slow-moving or overly bureaucratic structure
• Concentrating solely on messaging without robust execution and accountability
• Creating admissions strategy or rendering final enrollment judgments

Deliver a transparent, responsive, and thoroughly executed admissions experience that drives successful enrollment and positive family results.

• 2+ years of customer-facing or operations-focused experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person event responsibilities
• Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in-person campus events

• Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
• Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families
