You will be the individual families turn to when something seems misaligned, when they seek informed perspective, or when they wish to discuss matters of importance. Not as a function of the title—but because trust has been cultivated. Your influence will define how they perceive their child's education across one of five California locations: Palo Alto, Piedmont, downtown San Francisco, La Jolla, or South Bay (Los Angeles).

You will steward that dialogue across time. Not only during enrollment, but throughout years. You will articulate AI with fluency—its mechanics, shortcomings, and significance—particularly with families who lead companies, fund them, or demand exactitude in all matters. If you lack capacity for that caliber of exchange, this role will present challenges. If you possess it, this becomes among the most intellectually stimulating positions in education.
