The families you serve don't lack resources. They need a trusted partner who understands what matters.
This position anchors that relationship. You will be the individual families turn to when questions arise, when clarity is needed, or when they want to discuss something significant. Not by obligation—but because trust has been established. Your role will define how families experience their child's education at one of five California locations: Palo Alto, Piedmont, downtown San Francisco, La Jolla, or South Bay (Los Angeles).
Alpha is constructing a fundamentally different school. Students finish core academics in two hours daily through AI-powered platforms, dedicating remaining time to public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world application. No traditional lectures. No unnecessary tasks. Top 1% results nationally. Our families are discerning, well-informed, and frequently cautious. They value clear reasoning, not prepared remarks.
You will lead that dialogue over the long term. Not only during enrollment, but throughout years of engagement. You will discuss AI with fluency—its mechanics, its limitations, and its significance—particularly with families who launch companies, fund them, or demand exactness in all matters. If you cannot sustain that caliber of dialogue, this position will prove demanding. If you can, it becomes among the most intellectually compelling roles in education.
This is not client servicing. This is sustained trust-building with ultra-high-net-worth families who demand discretion, discernment, and reliability. If that setting resonates—and you use AI daily to think, write, and work more effectively—you will see the opportunity clearly.
Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families, securing long-term retention, advocacy, and unwavering confidence in Alpha's AI-powered educational model.
