As an Admissions Specialist, you will guide each family's experience from initial inquiry through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, warmth, and excellence. You will manage daily family communications, organize impactful admissions events, and keep applicant data accurate to support informed decision-making.

What you will be doing
- Replying to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours with professional, clear communication that reflects Alpha's values
- Organizing and executing admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences from planning through follow-up
- Ensuring applicant records remain complete and accurate within CRM and admissions systems
- Conducting family meetings to present Alpha's educational model, respond to questions, and document key information
- Partnering with campus and admissions teams to sustain an efficient and cohesive admissions process
What you will NOT be doing
- Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policies
- Delivering instruction or managing curriculum content
- Employing aggressive sales techniques or formulaic messaging
- Working in an environment lacking structure or momentum
Key responsibilities
Create a frictionless, high-conversion admissions journey that turns early interest into committed enrollment while leaving families feeling well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about joining Alpha.
Candidate requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or related roles
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
