The families you serve do not require additional services. They require someone they trust implicitly.
This position anchors that trust. You will be the individual families turn to when uncertainty arises, when perspective is needed, or when they wish to communicate something significant. Not because it is obligatory—but because you have cultivated it. Your influence will define how they perceive their child's education at one of two Bay Area locations: downtown San Francisco or San Rafael.
Alpha is constructing a fundamentally different school. Students finish core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, dedicating the remainder of their time to public speaking, critical reasoning, and practical application. No lectures. No redundant assignments. Top 1% achievement nationwide. Our families are informed, well-counseled, and frequently skeptical. They demand clarity of thought, not rehearsed responses.
You will steward that dialogue over the long term. Not only during enrollment, but across multiple years. You will articulate AI fluently—its mechanics, its shortcomings, and its significance—particularly with families who launch enterprises, fund them, or demand rigor in every choice. If you are unable to sustain that caliber of dialogue, this position will prove demanding. If you can, it becomes among the most intellectually stimulating roles in education.
This is not relationship management. This is enduring trust with ultra-high-net-worth families who expect discretion, sound reasoning, and reliability. If that setting feels recognizable—and you utilize AI daily to think, compose, and execute more efficiently—you will perceive the opportunity at once.
Establish and maintain profound trust with ultra-high-net-worth families, securing sustained retention, advocacy, and unwavering confidence in Alpha's AI-driven education model.
