LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

At our Austin location, you will be the operational backbone: protecting uninterrupted learning time, managing secure and well-ordered daily operations, and removing friction so Guides can dedicate full attention to mentorship. You will oversee facility workflows, frontline technology support, and family communication, establishing an environment where ambition is expected and self-reliance is developed. What you will be doing
- Managing the daily schedule with accuracy so 2-Hour Learning sessions begin on time, remain undisturbed, and conclude effectively.
- Addressing frontline technology issues (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and coordinating escalations with IT teams.
- Sustaining a secure, well-organized campus: executing drills, tracking incidents, overseeing vendors, and ensuring facility preparedness.
- Maintaining clear communication with students, families, and colleagues; resolving matters quickly and recording key decisions.
- Facilitating campus events—onboarding, milestones, inventory, and space planning—so the site consistently operates at full readiness.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides lead student coaching while you manage operational infrastructure.
- Working remotely from a back office; your contribution is visible, front-facing, and directly connected to student outcomes and family confidence.
- Engaging in low-impact tasks that do not enhance efficiency, safety, or learning quality.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and conducive to focus, enabling students and staff to concentrate on learning and development rather than operational concerns.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or another high-touch service setting.
- Composed under pressure; self-starting problem-solver capable of balancing competing demands with precision.
- Proficient with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
- Professional, transparent written and spoken communication that builds trust.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship available).
