If you've ever turned raw land into a functioning school—where students attend, inspections pass, and systems run—and you want to apply that experience at national scale, this is your opportunity.
2 Hour Learning is building a nationwide network of private schools that condense a full school day into two hours. Learning speed is only valuable if we can build just as fast. From site evaluation to final occupancy permits, you'll own the delivery of that promise. You'll oversee the complete lifecycle of ground-up construction: site feasibility, regulatory approvals, build execution, and operational handoff. Not as theory. In real markets, under real deadlines, with real accountability.
This role is about execution, not delegation. You'll define scope, sequence milestones, clear obstacles, and deliver high-stakes projects with rigor. You'll collaborate closely with Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Campus Operations, injecting both discipline and velocity into every interaction. We're not seeking a project coordinator. We need someone who builds. Someone with a default to action, fluency in AI tooling, and a history of converting constraints into delivered results.
If you're ready to deliver the fastest school launches in the nation, let's talk.
Deliver fully operational school campuses on time and within budget — from bare land to open doors with students enrolled.
