You visit a facility and immediately identify what's wrong — the unreported ceiling tile that's come loose, the HVAC return that's been making noise for days, the landscaping contractor who completed only part of the scope but submitted a full invoice. You don't wait for complaints to surface. You resolve issues before they become visible to anyone else.
That intuition defines this role. 2 Hour Learning runs high-caliber K–12 facilities where families expect an environment that is secure, reliable, and presentation-ready every day — not only when events are scheduled. You will maintain that benchmark across the Northeast region: Manhattan serving as your home base, with consistent travel to locations in CT, MA, and PA. Your execution determines whether a facility maintains premium standards or quietly deteriorates between leadership reviews.
Year one concentrates on establishing standards and vendor accountability — defining what "operational readiness" means, implementing audit protocols, transitioning underperforming vendors, and training Campus Coordinators and Site Specialists on sustainable operational routines. As the region expands and your frameworks mature, the position evolves into ongoing regional oversight: you become the operator the organization turns to for new campus launches, urgent situations, or standard revisions.
This is a boots-on-the-ground position. If you prefer dashboard-based management, this role will not suit you. If you want direct accountability for maintaining premium standards across 25+ facilities — and the authority to enforce them — continue reading.
Maintain every Northeast region campus in a safe, premium, and presentation-ready state every day.
