Description

Trust is the foundation of every campus. This position ensures that trust is consistently built, safeguarded, and delivered across all locations.

You will serve as the national executive responsible for campus operations—not as a theoretical overseer, but as a hands-on leader. You will guide, develop, and hold accountable a distributed team of 30+ Campus Coordinators and Lead Campus Coordinators who function as the operational core and first point of contact at each site. When operational challenges, inconsistencies, or risks emerge at the campus level, they become your responsibility to resolve.

This position was created because achieving excellence at a single campus is insufficient. Families depend on uniform standards of safety, hospitality, professionalism, and responsiveness at every location. You will design the policies, operational frameworks, and management infrastructure that deliver this consistency. You will surface deficiencies, eliminate ambiguity, and establish standardized campus operations while preserving team autonomy and personal connection.

If you have observed a geographically dispersed organization and recognized that while functional, it could achieve significantly greater consistency, scalability, and professionalism, this role is for you.

What you will be doing

  • Oversee the Campus Coordinator function on a national scale, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation, and termination decisions as required
  • Define and implement standardized operational policies across all campus locations, encompassing safety protocols, compliance requirements, family engagement, and front-of-house operations
  • Collaborate with Campus Coordinators and Lead CCs to surface policy deficiencies, identify recurring operational challenges, and implement systemic solutions
  • Develop comprehensive playbooks, standard operating procedures, and training resources that convert organizational expectations into observable daily practices
  • Define performance benchmarks, establish review rhythms, and create escalation protocols to ensure rapid and consistent issue resolution
  • Conduct routine operational audits of campuses to verify that policies are comprehended, adhered to, and delivering improved outcomes for families and staff

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of an individual campus
  • Focusing primarily on facilities improvement projects or construction management
  • Creating policies that exist only in documentation without translating into actual practice
  • Functioning as an indirect HR liaison rather than serving as a direct line leader
  • Tolerating campus-specific deviations under the justification of local custom

Key responsibilities

Drive consistent, high-caliber operational execution across all campuses by directing the Campus Coordinator organization, defining operational policy, and maintaining accountability to established standards.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, people management, or multi-location environments requiring consistency and disciplined execution
  • Documented success recruiting, developing, and managing front-line operational leaders across multiple sites
  • Sound judgment in areas including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, customer experience design, and risk mitigation
  • Proven capability to diagnose policy voids and convert operational ambiguity into actionable, clear standards
  • Confidence providing candid feedback and making difficult performance decisions when standards are not met
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to U.S.-based campus locations
  • U.S.-based and authorized to work without requiring sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Professional background in education, hospitality, healthcare, or similar high-trust, client-facing sectors
  • Track record developing centralized training systems, operational playbooks, or standardized procedures for geographically distributed organizations
  • Experience in the transition from individual contributor or player-coach roles to leading other managers
