Trust is the foundation of every campus. This position ensures that trust is consistently built, safeguarded, and delivered across all locations.
You will serve as the national executive responsible for campus operations—not as a theoretical overseer, but as a hands-on leader. You will guide, develop, and hold accountable a distributed team of 30+ Campus Coordinators and Lead Campus Coordinators who function as the operational core and first point of contact at each site. When operational challenges, inconsistencies, or risks emerge at the campus level, they become your responsibility to resolve.
This position was created because achieving excellence at a single campus is insufficient. Families depend on uniform standards of safety, hospitality, professionalism, and responsiveness at every location. You will design the policies, operational frameworks, and management infrastructure that deliver this consistency. You will surface deficiencies, eliminate ambiguity, and establish standardized campus operations while preserving team autonomy and personal connection.
If you have observed a geographically dispersed organization and recognized that while functional, it could achieve significantly greater consistency, scalability, and professionalism, this role is for you.
Drive consistent, high-caliber operational execution across all campuses by directing the Campus Coordinator organization, defining operational policy, and maintaining accountability to established standards.
