Supporting that outcome is a critical operational reality: new schools require rapid onboarding, accurate billing, and consistent reporting across multiple systems and varied launch schedules.
In this position, you will control the complete school onboarding operation (SIS configuration, rostering, credential management, testing coordination, platform preparation). You will manage billing and accounts receivable through systems such as NetSuite and Stripe. You will also construct automated data pipelines and weekly executive reporting by integrating tools like SIS, HubSpot, and financial platforms. Your competitive advantage is automation: you will leverage AI and tools such as Python, Apps Script, Zapier, or Make to eliminate recurring manual tasks.
