This role places you in charge of comprehensive school onboarding operations—encompassing SIS setup, rostering, credential provisioning, testing coordination, and platform readiness. You will oversee billing and accounts receivable operations through platforms such as NetSuite and Stripe. Additionally, you will construct automated data pipelines and produce weekly leadership reports by integrating tools including SIS, HubSpot, and financial systems. Your competitive advantage lies in automation: you will deploy AI and technologies like Python, Apps Script, Zapier, or Make to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
