Opening a school is straightforward. Opening them consistently, predictably, and with increasing velocity is not.
2 Hour Learning is creating a nationwide network of schools that condenses a traditional full-day education into two intensive hours through AI technology. For this model to succeed, expansion must be as rigorous and reliable as the educational product. This position is designed to ensure that outcome. You will control the entire lifecycle of new school sites—from initial acquisition through operational launch—while establishing the infrastructure that makes every successive opening more efficient, streamlined, and forecastable.
This is not a conventional development position. Your purpose is not simply to oversee projects. Your purpose is to remove obstacles from the expansion process. That requires making decisive judgments on site suitability, intervening directly in permitting and construction challenges, conducting vendor negotiations, and maintaining timeline urgency. Simultaneously, you will decompose each component of this process into structured, AI-enabled workflows that minimize manual input and enhance forecasting precision with each iteration.
If you have managed real construction projects and are dissatisfied with protracted schedules, dispersed accountability, and recurring errors, this is your opportunity to solve those problems—at scale.
Control the complete expansion process for new school sites by delivering fully operational campuses on reliable schedules while systematically decreasing time, cost, and risk through AI-enabled systems.
