You will control the entire development journey for new school sites—from initial acquisition through fully operational launch—while simultaneously engineering the frameworks that accelerate each future opening and increase execution consistency.
This is not a conventional development position. Your purpose is not simply to oversee projects. Your purpose is to systematically remove obstacles from the expansion pathway. That requires decisive judgment on site suitability, direct involvement in permitting and construction challenges, vendor negotiation, and relentless timeline enforcement. In parallel, you will deconstruct each component of this process into organized, AI-enhanced workflows that minimize manual intervention and sharpen forecasting precision with each iteration.
