Opening one school is straightforward. Doing it consistently, reliably, and with increasing speed is where most operators fail.
2 Hour Learning is constructing a nationwide network of schools that use AI to condense a full day's education into two concentrated hours. The model's success depends on expansion matching the precision of the product. This role is designed to deliver that. You will control the complete lifecycle of new school sites—from undeveloped location to fully functioning campus—while constructing the systems that make every opening faster, more efficient, and more reliable.
This is not a conventional facilities development position. You are not being hired simply to oversee projects. You are being hired to remove obstacles from growth. That requires making decisive judgments on site feasibility, engaging directly with permitting and construction challenges, negotiating with contractors, and maintaining timeline urgency. Simultaneously, you will decompose every element of the process into structured, AI-enhanced workflows that minimize manual intervention and sharpen forecast precision over time.
If you have delivered real-world construction projects and are weary of delayed schedules, scattered accountability, and recurring errors, this is your opportunity to solve those problems—at scale.
Take full ownership of the end-to-end expansion of new school locations by delivering fully operational campuses on reliable timelines while systematically decreasing time, cost, and risk through AI-enabled systems.
Experience scaling multi-site development or expansion programs
Proven record of enhancing forecast accuracy and shortening delivery timelines across multiple projects
