Most school operators can launch a single location. Very few can replicate that process reliably, with increasing speed and precision each time.
2 Hour Learning is constructing a nationwide school network engineered to deliver a complete day's education in two concentrated hours through AI technology. This approach succeeds only when expansion mirrors the exactness of the educational product. This position was created to ensure that outcome. You will control the entire development cycle for new school sites—from undeveloped property to fully functional campus—while simultaneously creating systems that accelerate and refine each future launch.
This is not a conventional facilities development position. Your mandate is not simply to oversee projects. Your mandate is to remove obstacles from the expansion pathway. That requires decisive judgment on site suitability, direct engagement with permitting and construction challenges, vendor negotiation, and relentless timeline management. Concurrently, you will deconstruct each stage of this process into systematic, AI-enhanced workflows that minimize manual intervention and sharpen forecasting precision progressively.
If you have directed actual construction initiatives and find yourself limited by protracted schedules, disjointed accountability, and recurring errors, this role offers the opportunity to solve those problems—at national scale.
Control the complete expansion lifecycle for new school sites by delivering operational campuses on reliable schedules while systematically decreasing time, expenditure, and uncertainty through AI-enabled systems.
