Most internships hand you a side project that sits unused. This one embeds you in the operational core driving a new education model nationwide.
2 Hour Learning is creating a national school network that condenses a full academic day into two intensive hours powered by AI. Supporting that vision is a high-velocity operational system: site identification, permitting, construction, vendor management, forecasting, and expansion infrastructure that must evolve with each new campus. This internship is designed to accelerate that system.
You will contribute directly to special projects aimed at applying AI to actual operational challenges in school expansion. This might include developing tools that cut permitting research from days to hours, organizing construction workflows into scalable systems, automating vendor evaluation, enhancing forecasting precision, or building internal copilots that empower operators to decide faster. You are not here to watch. You are here to create systems that operators rely on daily.
This role is well-suited for students eager to deploy AI beyond demos and prototypes. You will tackle complex real-world challenges where speed, precision, and execution are critical. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, technical, highly resourceful, and motivated to solve problems autonomously.
This is a paid summer internship at $1,000/week. Timing can accommodate academic calendars, but the internship should span approximately 7-8 weeks. If you want to work on applied AI systems directly tied to tangible business results, we want to hear from you.
Design and implement AI-powered operational tools and workflows that enhance the speed, consistency, and scalability of launching new 2 Hour Learning campuses.
