LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.
If disorder makes you reflexively draft the framework for control, you will thrive here. Alpha serves students who advance rapidly, seek rigorous challenge, and are ready for meaningful accountability. We combine demanding academics with practical life skills and a focused 2-Hour Learning structure that enables students to progress with speed and confidence. We are looking for an operator who can convert a dynamic school environment into a reliable, high-performing system—every transition, every handoff, every element executed precisely.
At our Austin location, you will be the mechanism that sustains momentum: protecting time dedicated to concentrated learning, managing safe and structured daily operations, and removing barriers so Guides can deliver mentorship at peak effectiveness. You will oversee facilities coordination, front-line technology support, and community correspondence, building an environment where ambition is the standard and self-reliance is cultivated. If you value clear benchmarks, decisive action, and measurable impact, this role is designed for you.
Apply to build a campus where students accelerate their learning, families recognize the impact, and operational precision is the unseen foundation of success.
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently secure, organized, and conducive to progress so that students and staff can concentrate on learning and development rather than operational concerns.
