What you will be doing

  • Create and Evolve Brain Lifts: Develop and maintain a dynamic knowledge base that combines human expertise with AI capabilities, turning insights into actionable frameworks
  • Drive Weekly Product Evolution: Lead rapid, data-informed product improvements that directly contribute to measurable student success
  • Master the Learning Domain: Immerse yourself in educational science and technology, building the expertise needed to make informed decisions and drive meaningful innovation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting lost in traditional product management bureaucracy (no endless roadmap meetings or backlog grooming)
  • Dragging out development cycles (we believe in quick, impactful iterations)
  • Creating unnecessary documentation or getting bogged down in excessive planning
  • Diving into the technical weeds of software development

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with 4+ years of product leadership experience, demonstrating ability to shape and own product vision
  • Success story of launching a complete product from ground zero to user adoption (must be external-facing, not internal tools)
  • Demonstrated passion and aptitude for incorporating AI tools into your professional workflow
