What you will be doing

Your mission will revolve around two core pillars:

  • Knowledge Architecture: Create and evolve "BrainLifts" - sophisticated knowledge frameworks that power both human and AI decision-making, ensuring our collective intelligence grows with every insight
  • Rapid Impact Cycles: Lead lightning-fast product iterations using the OODA Loop methodology (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act), delivering impactful changes weekly and measuring success through concrete metrics that matter

What you will NOT be doing

  • Getting lost in traditional product management bureaucracy - no endless roadmap discussions or feature specifications
  • Jumping to solutions before deeply understanding the educational challenges and user needs
  • Running prolonged development cycles - we believe in weekly shipping and rapid iteration
  • Making technical architecture decisions - we have brilliant engineers for that

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with 4+ years in product leadership, demonstrating ability to shape and own product vision from concept to execution
  • Success story of launching a product from zero to $1M+ revenue, showing full lifecycle ownership from inception to market success
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools for professional work, including research, analysis, and strategic planning
