The telecom software industry continues to operate on a fundamentally flawed model: oversized BSS/OSS infrastructures, deployment timelines measured in years, limitless customization requirements, and suppliers who normalize project delays. Operators face mounting pressure to extract revenue from 5G investments, accelerate MVNO launches, modernize wholesale operations, and break free from legacy vendor dependencies—yet the platforms they rely on were designed to resist rapid change.

Totogi represents a fundamentally different approach, and this is not a conventional BSS vendor position:

  • Three production systems, zero vaporware: You will demonstrate a serverless 5G Charging system, a cloud-native Wholesale BSS solution, and the Telco Ontology—an AI-driven knowledge graph enabling LLMs to interpret a customer's complete telco infrastructure. These are operational, deployed products. Not future-state presentations.
  • Deployment measured in weeks, not years: Totogi operates as SaaS on AWS infrastructure. You will no longer justify 18-month implementation cycles. Instead, you'll demonstrate solutions that deploy rapidly and validate them in real time.
  • You control the technical outcome: From discovery through demos, solution design, and RFP execution—you drive the technical argument. This is not a support role. Not an auxiliary function.
  • You compete directly with established players: Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia—armed with product advantages they cannot replicate in architecture, deployment velocity, or total cost.

This position centers on securing technical deals. You will execute customized demonstrations, facilitate discovery sessions, architect solutions, and deliver precise RFP responses spanning all three Totogi offerings. The role demands sufficient telecom expertise to discuss charging systems, billing platforms, CRM architectures, product catalogs, integration requirements, 5G protocols, migration challenges, and tariff structures—while simultaneously connecting technical specifics to measurable business outcomes.

You will function at the intersection of product capability, sales objectives, and customer operational reality. Your deliverables must advance deal progression, support accurate scoping, and convert to actual revenue. If you have accumulated experience in presales, solution architecture, or telecom modernization initiatives and seek to represent a demonstrably superior alternative to legacy systems, you should submit your application.

What you will be doing

  • Executing customer demonstrations that showcase the interface and functional capabilities of Totogi's product portfolio
  • Conducting interviews with customer subject matter experts to surface pain points, technical specifications, and validation criteria
  • Creating solution scope documents for the Professional Services organization, aligning customer requirements with Totogi's product capabilities
  • Producing RFP responses that define how Totogi's offerings satisfy the technical and business requirements within formal procurement frameworks

What you will NOT be doing

  • Executing sales transactions with customers
  • Producing standardized Solution Scopes that ignore the unique requirements of individual customers
  • Conducting training sessions for sales personnel or handling administrative duties

Key responsibilities

  • Delivered technical wins that move deals forward across Totogi's three product offerings (Telco Ontology, AI-Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering within the telco BSS/OSS sector
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical sales processes for charging systems, billing platforms, BSS solutions, and the lead-to-cash lifecycle
  • Proven ability to deliver effective product demonstrations and present to senior technical and executive stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience writing code that integrates with APIs (GraphQL, REST)
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule for this global position, supporting customers and prospects concentrated in APAC with additional coverage in EMEA and Americas
