The telecom industry continues to rely on an outdated model: oversized BSS/OSS architectures, deployments spanning multiple years, limitless customization demands, and suppliers who normalize project slippage. Operators face mounting pressure to extract value from 5G investments, accelerate MVNO launches, upgrade wholesale operations, and break free from legacy vendor dependencies—yet the platforms they use were engineered to resist change.

Totogi operates on a fundamentally different model, and this is not a traditional BSS vendor position:

  • Three production systems, zero vaporware: You'll demonstrate a serverless 5G Charging system, a cloud-native Wholesale BSS solution, and the Telco Ontology—an AI-driven knowledge graph enabling LLMs to comprehend a customer's complete telco infrastructure. These are deployed, operational products. Not future-state presentations.
  • Deployment in weeks, not years: Totogi operates as SaaS on AWS. The era of justifying 18-month rollouts is over. You'll demonstrate to customers a platform that goes live quickly, with live proof.
  • You control the technical outcome: Discovery sessions, product demonstrations, solution architecture, RFP execution. You drive the technical case. Not a secondary role. Not an ancillary function.
  • You're competing against established players: Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia—armed with a product edge they cannot replicate in architecture, deployment velocity, or economics.

This position centers on securing technical wins in complex sales cycles. You'll conduct customized demonstrations, facilitate discovery, architect solutions, and deliver precise RFP responses spanning all three Totogi products. You must possess sufficient telecom expertise to discuss charging systems, billing workflows, CRM platforms, product catalogs, integration patterns, 5G protocols, migration challenges, and rate structures—and tie that technical depth to business outcomes in real time.

You'll work at the intersection of product capability, sales objectives, and customer requirements. Your deliverables must advance opportunities, support accurate scoping, and convert to measurable revenue. If you have deep experience in presales, solution engineering, or telecom modernization and are ready to represent a product that outperforms legacy incumbents, this role is for you.

What you will be doing

  • Delivering product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the interface and functionality of Totogi's platforms
  • Engaging with customer subject matter experts to uncover pain points, technical specifications, and validation criteria
  • Creating solution architectures for the Professional Services organization, aligning customer needs with Totogi's product offerings
  • Producing RFP submissions that demonstrate how Totogi's solutions satisfy the technical and business requirements outlined in formal tenders

What you will NOT be doing

  • Directly selling products to customers
  • Producing templated Solution Scopes that ignore the unique requirements of each customer
  • Conducting sales enablement or handling administrative responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering technical wins that progress sales opportunities across Totogi's three products (Telco Ontology, AI-Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering within the telecom BSS/OSS space
  • Proven experience managing technical sales processes for charging, billing, and BSS engagements, including lead-to-cash workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to execute engaging product demonstrations and present to senior technical and business decision-makers
  • Hands-on experience writing code that integrates with APIs (GraphQL, REST)
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to support this global position, with primary customer coverage in APAC and secondary coverage in EMEA and Americas
