Telecom software continues to operate on an outdated model: oversized BSS/OSS architectures, multi-year rollouts, constant customization, and vendors that normalize delay. Operators face pressure to monetize 5G, accelerate MVNO launches, modernize wholesale operations, and break free from legacy dependencies—yet the platforms they rely on were designed to resist rapid change.

Totogi operates under a fundamentally different model, and this is not a conventional BSS vendor position:

  • Three products, no vaporware: You'll demonstrate a serverless 5G Charging engine, a cloud-native Wholesale BSS platform, and the Telco Ontology: an AI-powered knowledge graph enabling LLMs to comprehend a customer's full telco infrastructure. These are production-ready, live products—not roadmap presentations.
  • Weeks instead of years: Totogi operates as SaaS on AWS. You won't need to justify 18-month deployment cycles. You'll demonstrate what deploys rapidly and prove it in real time.
  • You drive the technical win: Discovery sessions, product demos, solution design, RFP execution. You are responsible for building the technical case—not a support layer, not a secondary role.
  • You're competing against the legacy giants: Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia—armed with a product advantage they cannot replicate in architecture, deployment speed, or economics.

This role centers on securing technical wins in complex deals. You will deliver customized demos, conduct discovery, architect solutions, and generate precise RFP responses across all three Totogi products. You must possess sufficient telecom expertise to engage credibly on charging, billing, CRM, product catalogs, integrations, 5G interfaces, migration constraints, and rate complexity—and translate that technical depth into business outcomes within the same discussion.

You will function at the intersection of product capability, sales strategy, and customer needs. Your deliverables must advance deals, support accurate scoping, and convert into measurable revenue. If you have extensive experience in presales, solution architecture, or telecom transformation and are ready to sell a solution that genuinely outperforms legacy systems, this is the role to pursue.

What you will be doing

  • Running customer demos that showcase the interface and functionality of Totogi's solutions
  • Engaging with customer subject matter experts to uncover pain points, technical needs, and validation criteria
  • Building solution scopes for the Professional Services team by aligning customer requirements with Totogi's product capabilities
  • Producing RFP responses that clearly demonstrate how Totogi's products satisfy the technical and commercial standards of formal procurement cycles

What you will NOT be doing

  • Closing sales deals with customers
  • Producing templated Solution Scopes that ignore the unique requirements of each customer
  • Conducting sales team training or handling administrative work

Key responsibilities

  • Secured technical wins that move deals forward across Totogi's three product lines (Telco Ontology, AI-Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering experience in the telco BSS/OSS domain
  • Experience leading technical sales cycles for charging, billing, BSS deals, and the lead-to-cash process
  • Experience delivering compelling product demos and presenting to senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience writing code that interacts with APIs (GraphQL, REST)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule for this global role, with customers and prospects primarily in APAC and partially in EMEA and Americas
