Students progress approximately 2x faster through roughly 2 concentrated hours daily, with advancement tracked via benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to convert qualified leads into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin with clarity, confidence, and active participation.

This is not a confined, script-dependent SDR position. You will manage the complete conversion journey from consultative exploration through closing to initial activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks the team executes, including AI-powered workflows that enhance both quality and velocity without reducing messages to impersonal templates.

What you will be doing

  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions that assess compatibility, address concerns, and produce a definitive enroll-or-disqualify decision
  • Manage your pipeline within the CRM through proactive follow-through, rapid responses to incoming inquiries, and clear next actions at every touchpoint
  • Establish precise onboarding and progression expectations prior to closing, then support new enrollments through initial phases to secure active participation
  • Apply AI tools to prepare for conversations, tailor outreach, and boost throughput while preserving context and precision
  • Create and distribute straightforward sales playbooks informed by actual win/loss data and performance metrics to drive more consistent team conversion

What you will NOT be doing

  • Sending mass-produced generic sequences or relying on scripts that avoid substantive questions
  • Finalizing deals without validating fit or without transparently describing what onboarding and early progression entail
  • Transferring a new enrollment and assuming someone else will resolve early confusion or address churn warning signs
  • Operating in a low-accountability setting where you lack the ability to refine processes or influence team selling practices

Key responsibilities

This role exists to ensure that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who begin with strength, comprehend the onboarding process, and participate from the outset.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead consultative sales conversations that set clear expectations and drive a decisive yes/no
  • Proven ownership of a pipeline or workflow with zero dropped follow-ups and disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Strong written and verbal communication that stays personal, accurate, and contextual
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of sales execution (not just to generate generic text)
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment and still produce measurable outcomes
  • Availability for a remote, full-time schedule, working primarily within US Central Time Zone hours (some flexibility allowed)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling education, tutoring, homeschool, or subscription programs with a high-consideration buyer journey
  • Track record of building lightweight sales playbooks or workflows that other sellers actually adopt
  • Comfort using data to spot conversion patterns across stages (discovery, follow-up, close, early activation)
