Selling without conviction is possible. So is selling without transparency. This position is designed for people who reject both approaches. If you're committed to helping families reach confident yes-or-no decisions, establishing realistic onboarding timelines, and leveraging AI to elevate your communication standards, continue reading.
Alpha Anywhere delivers mastery-based, accelerated learning directly to the home. Students progress approximately 2x faster with around 2 concentrated hours of daily study, tracked through benchmarks and standardized assessments. Families select us for measurable outcomes and transparency, not ambiguous commitments. Your responsibility is to convert vetted prospects into enrolled families and ensure their initial weeks begin smoothly, confidently, and with full engagement.
This is not a tightly scripted SDR position with limited scope. You will manage the complete conversion journey—from consultative discovery through closing to early-stage activation. You will also contribute to developing the playbooks your team relies on, including AI-enhanced workflows that boost both quality and efficiency without compromising personalization.
If you value disciplined pipeline management, precise expectation-setting, and high-integrity sales that earn customer gratitude after the fact, we want to speak with you.
This role ensures that qualified prospects reliably convert into enrolled families who launch successfully, grasp the onboarding path, and engage from the outset.
Crossover's skill assessment process combines innovative AI power with decades of human research, to take the guesswork, human bias, and pointless filters out of recruiting high-performing teams.
