What you will be doing

  • Executing high-impact projects like M&A integrations, enterprise system migrations, and large-scale organizational changes.
  • Creating and deploying automations that replace traditional CRM and task management tools using Python and LLM APIs.
  • Implementing AI-powered workflows with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
  • Leading projects from diagnosis to deployment with precision and strategic insight.
  • Completing technical challenges to design and implement AI-first solutions effectively.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing large teams or relying on multiple layers of personnel to achieve results.
  • Participating in endless meetings or requiring consensus to progress.
  • Delegating complex tasks to IT departments or external vendors; you'll be hands-on in crafting solutions.
  • Maintaining routine operations; this role focuses on transformation and speed.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven operational systems that minimize manual labor, simplify processes, and enhance scalable execution across Trilogy’s extensive software portfolio.

Candidate requirements

  • Located in North America (excluding California), South/Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2).
  • Over 5 years of experience in operational leadership within enterprise software.
  • At least 3 years in customer-facing roles such as Support, Sales, or Collections.
  • Proven expertise in writing automation scripts in Python and integrating with LLM APIs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or similar for deploying automations.
  • Ability to work independently, move swiftly, and deliver significant outcomes without guidance.

Nice to have

  • Experience in leading large-scale organizational changes like M&A integrations or extensive offboarding processes.
  • Background in designing and implementing AI-driven operational systems.
  • A portfolio showcasing automations you have personally developed and deployed at scale.
