What you will be doing

  • Spearhead mission-critical transformations across our portfolio, from complex M&A integrations to revolutionary system overhauls
  • Architect next-generation operational solutions using Python, LLM APIs, and cutting-edge AI tools
  • Transform traditional business processes into streamlined, AI-powered workflows using tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP
  • Drive end-to-end projects with autonomy, leveraging our battle-tested playbooks while applying your strategic insight
  • Showcase your technical prowess through hands-on implementation of AI-driven solutions

What you will NOT be doing

  • Building and managing large organizational hierarchies - we believe in lean, efficient operations
  • Getting caught in the web of endless meetings and consensus-building exercises
  • Playing middle-man between vendors and IT teams - you'll be the architect AND the builder
  • Maintaining business-as-usual operations - we're all about transformation and breakthrough improvements

Key responsibilities

Your mission is to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge AI-powered operational systems that streamline processes, reduce complexity, and accelerate execution across Trilogy's diverse software portfolio. You'll be the driving force behind operational transformation, using technology to create scalable, efficient solutions.

Candidate requirements

  • Geographic location within North America (excluding California), South/Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2)
  • Proven track record with 5+ years leading operational initiatives in enterprise software
  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience across Support, Sales, Collections, or similar roles
  • Strong technical foundation with demonstrated Python programming skills and experience integrating LLM APIs
  • Hands-on expertise with automation tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or equivalent platforms
  • Self-driven professional with a track record of delivering high-impact results independently

Nice to have

  • Track record of successfully managing complex organizational changes, particularly in M&A integrations or large-scale workforce transitions
  • Proven success in conceptualizing and implementing AI-enhanced operational systems
  • Demonstrable portfolio of successful automation projects deployed at scale
