If you have deep expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can immediately identify gaps in security documentation, we need your skills to power our AI-driven certification platform. This is an opportunity to translate your professional judgment into automated systems while delegating repetitive tasks to intelligent machines.

IgniteTech is developing the industry's first AI-native compliance engine for enterprise software. This is a dynamic platform where generative AI produces audit-ready certification materials, recommends risk mitigation strategies, and resolves 80% of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility is to manage the critical 20%. Refine the system, guide its learning, and intervene when human expertise is essential. Our goal is not to eliminate human oversight with AI, but to amplify one expert's capacity tenfold.

This is not a traditional compliance analyst position with an upgraded title. You will not be tracking down approvals or reformatting documentation. Your focus is maintaining the accuracy of an autonomous compliance platform, identifying where AI assistance falls short, verifying outputs meet auditor standards, and taking action when customer confidence depends on it. System performance will improve through your corrections, your protocols, and your calibration.

You will collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product operations leaders, positioned directly at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI development. What you will be doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: A validated collection of evidence and documentation required to maintain PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
  • Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to complex security questionnaires, inquiries, or assurance requests.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans initiated by regulatory or organizational requirements.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Modifications to AI system functionality (e.g., training datasets, guardrails, escalation protocols) that enhance performance or compliance precision.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-grade compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification management and customer confidence initiatives.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits
  • Experience managing each of the following audits end-to-end: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and responding to complex customer security questionnaires
  • Proficiency using GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance artifacts
