IgniteTech is developing the first AI-native compliance engine designed for enterprise software. This is a dynamic platform where generative AI produces audit-ready certification evidence, recommends risk treatment strategies, and resolves approximately 80% of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility centers on the critical 20%. You will refine the machine, guide its learning, and intervene when expert judgment is essential. Our goal is not to eliminate human expertise with AI, but to amplify the capacity of one expert to accomplish the work of ten.
This is not a traditional compliance analyst position with an elevated title. You will not be tracking down signatures or reformatting policy documents. Instead, you will oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance engine, identify areas where AI assistance is needed, verify outputs against auditor standards, and engage directly when customer confidence is at stake. System improvements will stem from your corrections, your rule definitions, and your calibration efforts.
You will collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product operations leaders, positioned directly at the convergence of security domain knowledge and generative AI advancement.
