Description
If you've led SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS audits and can identify a deficient security response instantly, we need your expertise to drive our AI-powered certification platform. This is an opportunity to translate your professional judgment into systems that scale, delegating repetitive tasks to intelligent automation.
IgniteTech is developing the first AI-native compliance infrastructure for enterprise software. Our platform is a dynamic system in which generative AI produces audit-ready certification materials, recommends risk mitigation strategies, and resolves 80% of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility is to manage the critical 20%. You will refine the system, guide its learning, and intervene when expertise is essential. We are not replacing human judgment with AI. We are multiplying the capability of one expert by ten.
This is not a traditional compliance analyst position with an elevated title. You will not be tracking approvals or reformatting documentation. You will oversee the accuracy of an autonomous compliance infrastructure, identifying where AI requires guidance, ensuring outputs meet auditor standards, and taking action when customer confidence depends on it. System improvements will result directly from your corrections, your logic, and your calibration.
You will collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product operations leadership, positioned directly at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI development. What you will be doing
- Certification Audit Packages: Curated collections of verified evidence and documentation supporting PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
- Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to intricate security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests.
- Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans initiated by regulatory or internal changes.
- AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI system operations (e.g., training datasets, guardrails, escalation protocols) that enhance performance or compliance precision.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification oversight and customer confidence initiatives.
Candidate requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits
- Experience managing each of the following audits end-to-end: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and responding to complex customer security questionnaires
- Proficiency using GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance artifacts
