If you have deep expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can immediately identify a deficient security response, we need you to power our AI-driven certification platform. This is an opportunity to transform your expert judgment into scalable infrastructure and delegate the repetitive work to automated systems.

IgniteTech is developing the first AI-native compliance engine for enterprise software. This is a dynamic platform where generative AI produces audit-ready certification evidence, recommends risk treatment strategies, and resolves 80% of customer security inquiries without human intervention. Your responsibility is to manage the critical 20%. You will refine the system, guide its learning, and intervene when professional judgment is essential. Our goal is not to eliminate human expertise with AI, but to multiply the impact of one expert by a factor of ten.

This is not a traditional compliance analyst position with an elevated title. You will not be tracking down approvals or reformatting policy documents. Your role is to oversee the integrity of an autonomous compliance platform, identify where the AI requires guidance, validate outputs against auditor standards, and engage directly when customer trust depends on it. System improvements will result from your corrections, your parameters, and your refinements.

You will collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product operations leaders, positioned at the convergence of security knowledge and generative AI development. If you understand when to rely on the system, when to override its recommendations, and when to expand its capabilities, apply now.

What you will be doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: A validated collection of evidence and documentation to sustain PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
  • Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to complex security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans driven by regulatory or organizational shifts.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI system logic (e.g., training inputs, guardrails, escalation rules) that enhance performance or compliance precision.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-grade compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification management and customer trust operations.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits
  • Experience managing each of the following audits end-to-end: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and responding to complex customer security questionnaires
  • Proficiency using GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance artifacts
