IgniteTech is developing the first compliance engine for enterprise software built on artificial intelligence from the ground up. Our system leverages generative AI to produce audit-ready evidence, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and resolve the majority of customer security inquiries without human intervention. You will focus on the critical 20% that demands expertise. Your role involves refining the AI, guiding its learning, and intervening when nuanced judgment is essential. We are not replacing human insight with technology. We are amplifying one expert to achieve the output of ten.

This position is not a traditional compliance analyst role with an elevated title. You will not be tracking down approvals or reformatting documentation. Instead, you will oversee the reliability of an autonomous compliance system, identifying where AI assistance falls short, verifying outputs meet auditor standards, and engaging directly when client confidence is at stake. System improvements will stem from your corrections, your logic, and your calibration.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, compliance strategists, and product operations leaders, operating at the convergence of security domain knowledge and generative AI advancement. What you will be doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: Curated evidence sets and supporting documentation required to uphold PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
  • Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to intricate security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance demands.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk mitigation plans driven by regulatory or internal shifts.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI platform behavior (e.g., training datasets, control boundaries, escalation protocols) that enhance accuracy or compliance effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance via AI-enhanced certification oversight and client trust development.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits
  • Experience managing each of the following audits end-to-end: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and responding to complex customer security questionnaires
  • Proficiency using GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance artifacts
