Do you have the expertise to deploy AI in the service of enterprise compliance—replacing slow, manual workflows with intelligent automation? If you've led audits for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS and can identify a deficient security response at a glance, we're looking for your expertise to fuel our AI-driven certification platform. This is an opportunity to translate your seasoned judgment into scalable systems and delegate routine work to automation.

IgniteTech is developing the first AI-native compliance engine for enterprise software. This is a dynamic system in which generative AI produces audit-ready certification evidence, recommends risk treatment strategies, and resolves 80% of customer security inquiries autonomously. Your responsibility is to oversee the critical 20%. Refine the system, instruct it, and intervene when expert judgment is necessary. Our goal is not to eliminate human oversight with AI. Our goal is to amplify one professional to the capacity of ten.

This is not a compliance analyst position with an elevated title. You won't be chasing approvals or reformatting policies. You'll be safeguarding the integrity of an autonomous compliance engine, identifying where the AI requires guidance, validating outputs against auditor standards, and stepping in when client trust depends on it. System improvements will stem directly from your corrections, your rules, and your calibration.

In this position, you'll collaborate with our AI engineering team, compliance strategists, and product operations leaders, positioned directly at the convergence of security expertise and generative AI innovation. What you will be doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: Curated collections of validated evidence and documentation to support PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
  • Customer Security Responses: Customized replies to complex security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment plans prompted by regulatory or organizational shifts.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Modifications to AI system behavior (including training data, guardrails, and escalation logic) that enhance performance or compliance precision.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-grade compliance assurance through AI-augmented certification management and customer trust-building.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits
  • Experience managing each of the following audits end-to-end: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and responding to complex customer security questionnaires
  • Proficiency using GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance artifacts
