This is your opportunity to transform years of compliance judgment into automated systems and delegate the repetitive work to intelligent machines.

IgniteTech is developing the industry's first AI-native compliance engine for enterprise software. We've built a dynamic platform where generative AI produces audit-ready certification documentation, recommends risk mitigation strategies, and resolves 80% of customer security inquiries without human intervention. Your role is to control the critical 20%. You'll refine the system, educate it, and intervene when expertise is essential. Our goal isn't replacing human judgment with AI—it's amplifying one expert to perform the work of ten.

This position is not a traditional compliance analyst role with an upgraded title. You won't be tracking down approvals or reformatting governance documents. You'll be overseeing the reliability of an autonomous compliance platform, identifying where AI requires guidance, verifying outputs meet auditor standards, and engaging directly when client confidence depends on it. System improvements will flow directly from your corrections, your logic, and your calibration.

You'll collaborate closely with our AI engineering team, compliance strategy leaders, and product operations managers, positioned at the convergence of security domain knowledge and generative AI advancement. What you will be doing

  • Certification Audit Packages: Curated sets of verified evidence and supporting documentation required to maintain PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 certifications.
  • Customer Security Responses: Customized answers to sophisticated security inquiries, questionnaires, or assurance requests from clients.
  • Governance Document Updates: Revisions to policies, procedures, or risk treatment frameworks initiated by regulatory shifts or internal organizational changes.
  • AI System Tuning Memos: Adjustments to AI platform behavior (including training data, control boundaries, escalation rules) that enhance performance or compliance precision.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-level compliance assurance through AI-enhanced certification oversight and customer trust development.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading certification audits
  • End-to-end audit management experience with each of the following: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS
  • Proven experience reviewing and responding to complex customer security questionnaires
  • Proficiency leveraging GenAI tools to review, generate, and edit compliance artifacts
