What you will be doing

  • Architect comprehensive frameworks for AI-powered systems that automate sophisticated elements of software development, including architecture generation, dependency orchestration, and advanced predictive coding capabilities.
  • Immerse yourself in emerging AI and software engineering developments through research and development projects, conference participation, and active involvement in academic and industry networks. As new AI technologies emerge, we must be positioned among the earliest adopters.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Code Maintenance: Ongoing updates or debugging of legacy software code to address minor defects or incremental functionality improvements.
  • Standard Software Development: Conventional coding or software development work that involves delivering straightforward features or capabilities without AI-driven innovation.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply your engineering knowledge to achieve substantial gains in development velocity, minimize human error, and enhance code quality, thereby accelerating time-to-market for software products and increasing customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack software developer (you must have both front-end and back-end coding expertise)
  • Experience using GenAI code assistants heavily (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Previous experience successfully implementing Generative AI products/projects/solutions/tools
  • Previous experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems
  • An understanding of when and why to choose specific LLM models for different tasks
  • Demonstrated understanding and prior application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
