IgniteTech differentiates itself through the application of advanced Generative AI technologies that transform the core principles of software engineering. This position extends far beyond typical AI use cases centered on incremental gains; it involves spearheading large-scale, strategic initiatives that harness AI to dramatically enhance both productivity and innovation organization-wide. Upon joining, you will design and implement AI-powered systems that compress development cycles, minimize defects, and produce solutions with exceptional scalability, establishing new benchmarks for the software sector.

This position is ideal for you if you have:

  • Produced code modules that incorporate state-of-the-art LLMs into applications (e.g., customer support chatbots, API integrations)
  • Augmented predictive analytics or personalized recommendation engines within legacy systems through automated AI capabilities
  • Leveraged AI to swiftly resolve recurring bug fixes and feature requests (e.g., real-time language translation or content personalization)

This position is exclusively for seasoned professionals who have delivered meaningful Generative AI solutions in production environments. If you have not yet completed work of this caliber, this role is not suitable for you.

What you will be doing

  • Building New AI Products and Features: Fine-tune LLMs to develop completely new AI-powered products and discrete modules that integrate smoothly into current solutions or serve as the basis for entirely new offerings, similar to our team's recent work with www.eloquens.ai
  • Automating Internal Processes: Deploy sophisticated AI techniques to automate internal tasks and workflows

Key responsibilities

  • Drive faster product releases and elevated customer satisfaction through continuous AI-driven enhancements

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code first and then apply AI tools to verify or refine your code, rather than the reverse, then please do not apply)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a full-stack developer (you must possess both front-end and back-end coding capabilities)
  • Extensive experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully deploying Generative AI solutions that produced significant quantitative impact
  • Prior experience applying different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges
  • A clear understanding of when and why to select particular LLM models for various tasks
