LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

At our Austin location, you'll serve as the operational backbone: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and efficient daily operations, and removing friction so Guides can deliver full-strength mentorship. You'll manage facility logistics, provide front-line technology support, and handle community engagement, building a setting where ambition is the standard and self-reliance is cultivated. What you will be doing
- Executing the daily schedule with accuracy so the 2-Hour Learning sessions begin promptly, remain distraction-free, and conclude effectively.
- Managing front-line technology requests (equipment configuration, basic diagnostics) and routing escalations to IT.
- Ensuring a secure, well-organized campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor management, and facility preparation.
- Communicating effectively with students, families, and colleagues; resolving issues quickly and recording key decisions.
- Enabling campus events—onboarding activities, key milestones, inventory and space coordination—so the site consistently operates at readiness.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides manage student mentorship while you maintain the operational framework.
- Working behind the scenes; your role is visible and directly linked to student outcomes and family confidence.
- Investing time in low-value tasks that don't enhance efficiency, safety, or learning quality.
Key responsibilities
Guarantee that the campus environment remains safe, prepared, and conducive to focus so that students and staff can dedicate their energy to learning and development, not operational concerns.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable service-intensive setting.
- Composed under pressure; proactive thinker who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision.
- Proficient with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration.
- Strong, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship).
