LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

At our Austin location, you will be the operational backbone that sustains excellence: protecting uninterrupted learning time, maintaining safe and efficient daily operations, and removing friction so Guides can dedicate their full attention to mentorship. You will manage facility logistics, provide front-line technical support, and handle community communication, building an environment where ambition is the standard and self-reliance is developed intentionally. What you will be doing
- Executing the daily schedule with precision to ensure 2-Hour Learning blocks launch on time, remain undisturbed, and conclude effectively.
- Managing initial technical support (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and coordinating escalations with IT resources.
- Overseeing a safe, well-ordered campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor management, and facility preparedness.
- Maintaining clear communication with students, families, and team members; resolving issues quickly and recording outcomes.
- Supporting key campus activities—events, onboarding processes, inventory and space planning—ensuring the site consistently operates at full readiness.
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering academic instruction or developing curriculum; Guides own student mentorship while you manage the operational infrastructure.
- Working remotely or from an administrative office; your role is visible, campus-facing, and directly connected to student outcomes and family confidence.
- Investing time in activities that do not enhance speed, safety, or learning quality.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and conducive to focus so that students and staff can concentrate on learning and development rather than operational distractions.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a similar high-touch service environment.
- Composed under pressure; proactive problem-solver capable of managing competing priorities with precision.
- Proficient with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication that builds trust.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (visa sponsorship not available).
