We're seeking a master orchestrator who can transform the complex symphony of school operations into a seamless daily performance.
As the operational backbone of our Austin campus, you'll craft the infrastructure that protects our learning sanctuary—managing transitions with military precision, ensuring technological readiness, and creating the invisible systems that let our Guides focus entirely on student development. Your behind-the-scenes expertise will be the silent force multiplier that enables extraordinary educational outcomes.

What you will be doing
- Orchestrating daily schedules with clockwork precision to protect the sanctity of our 2-Hour Learning blocks
- Serving as our frontline tech guardian—handling device deployment, solving common issues, and coordinating with IT specialists when needed
- Safeguarding campus security through meticulous emergency protocols, incident documentation, vendor management, and facilities optimization
- Delivering crystal-clear communications to all stakeholders, resolving questions swiftly and maintaining comprehensive documentation
- Executing campus logistics for special events, new student integration, and resource management to ensure perpetual readiness
What you will NOT be doing
- Academic instruction or curriculum development—our specialized Guides handle the educational journey while you perfect the environment
- Hidden administrative work—your role is visible, impactful, and directly connected to student achievement and parent satisfaction
- Administrative tasks that don't directly enhance learning efficiency, campus safety, or educational quality
Key responsibilities
Create and maintain an impeccable campus ecosystem where safety, preparedness, and support are so seamlessly integrated that students and staff can channel 100% of their energy into academic excellence and personal development.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years managing complex operational systems in education, event management, hospitality, or comparable high-touch service environments
- Unshakable composure during high-pressure situations; strategic problem-solver who maintains precision while balancing competing demands
- Proficiency with fundamental IT support functions and Google Workspace administration
- Exceptional communication skills that instill confidence and clarity across all interactions
- U.S. work authorization and commitment to on-site presence in Austin, TX (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
