Campus Program Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Austin campus.

If you instinctively map out systems when you encounter disorder, this role will suit you. Alpha serves students who accelerate their learning, seek difficulty, and take on genuine ownership. We combine demanding academics with practical life competencies and a focused 2-Hour Learning framework so children advance with speed and confidence. We're looking for an operator who can transform a dynamic school environment into a reliable, high-functioning machine—every transition, every handoff, every element executed flawlessly.

At our Austin location, you'll serve as the operational backbone: protecting uninterrupted learning time, maintaining safe and organized daily operations, and removing friction so Guides can deliver full-strength mentorship. You'll manage facility workflows, frontline technical support, and stakeholder communication, building a setting where ambition is expected and self-reliance is cultivated. If you value clear expectations, decisive action, and measurable results, this work will resonate.

Apply to lead operations at a campus where students progress rapidly, families recognize the impact, and operational discipline quietly powers everything.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the daily schedule with accuracy so 2-Hour Learning sessions begin promptly, remain distraction-free, and conclude effectively.
  • Addressing initial tech issues (equipment configuration, fundamental troubleshooting) and managing escalations through IT.
  • Ensuring a secure, orderly campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor coordination, and facility preparedness.
  • Communicating effectively with students, families, and team members; resolving issues quickly and recording outcomes.
  • Facilitating campus events—orientations, ceremonies, inventory and space logistics—so the site consistently operates at readiness.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or designing curriculum; Guides handle student coaching while you manage infrastructure.
  • Working remotely or behind the scenes; your role is campus-facing and directly influences student outcomes and family confidence.
  • Engaging in low-impact tasks that don't advance speed, safety, or learning quality.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, prepared, and enabling so students and staff concentrate on learning and development rather than operational friction.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable service-intensive setting.
  • Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter capable of balancing multiple demands while preserving precision.
  • Proficient with foundational IT support and Google Workspace management.
  • Direct, professional written and spoken communication that builds credibility.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (visa sponsorship not available).
