Campus Program Coordinator   $60,000 USD/year

Description

LOCATION NOTE: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Austin campus.

If disorder triggers your instinct to build systems, this role will suit you. Alpha serves students who advance quickly, seek rigor, and are ready for real accountability. We combine demanding academics with practical life skills and our focused 2-Hour Learning framework, enabling students to progress with speed and confidence. We are looking for an operator who can transform a dynamic school environment into a reliable, high-functioning system—every transition, every handoff, every element executed flawlessly.

At our Austin location, you will be the engine that sustains daily performance: protecting time for concentrated learning, maintaining safe and efficient operations, and removing friction so Guides can mentor without distraction. You will manage facility operations, frontline technology support, and family communication, building an environment where high expectations are standard and self-reliance is cultivated. If you value clear benchmarks, decisive action, and measurable results, this position is designed for you.

Apply to build a campus where students accelerate, families recognize the impact, and operational discipline is the quiet foundation of success.

What you will be doing

  • Executing the daily schedule with precision to ensure the 2-Hour Learning sessions begin on time, remain focused, and conclude effectively.
  • Managing initial technology support (device configuration, basic diagnostics) and coordinating handoffs to IT when necessary.
  • Overseeing a secure, well-ordered campus: emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor management, and facility preparedness.
  • Engaging clearly with students, families, and colleagues; resolving issues promptly and maintaining accurate records.
  • Facilitating campus events—onboarding, programming, inventory and space logistics—to ensure the site is consistently prepared.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Delivering academic instruction or designing curriculum; Guides manage student mentoring while you operate the infrastructure.
  • Working remotely or behind closed doors; your role is visible, campus-facing, and directly linked to student outcomes and family confidence.
  • Spending time on low-impact tasks that do not enhance speed, safety, or learning quality.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a campus environment that is consistently safe, organized, and conducive to learning, allowing students and staff to concentrate on development rather than operational distractions.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • 2+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or another high-touch service setting.
  • Composed under pressure; proactive troubleshooter capable of balancing multiple priorities with precision.
  • Proficient in basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
  • Clear, professional written and spoken communication that builds trust.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship available).
