Campus Program Coordinator   $100,000 USD/year

Description

AUSTIN CAMPUS ONLY: Where Operational Excellence Drives Extraordinary Learning If you see chaos and instinctively sketch the playbook, you'll feel right at home here. Alpha exists for students who learn faster, crave challenge, and want real responsibility. We pair rigorous academics with life skills and a tight 2-Hour Learning model so kids move quickly and confidently. We need a builder who can turn a busy school day into a smooth, high-performance system—every bell, every handoff, every detail on point. At our Austin site, you'll be the force that keeps the engine humming: safeguarding time for focused learning, running safe and orderly operations, and clearing obstacles so Guides can mentor at full capacity. You'll own facilities flow, front-line tech support, and community communications, creating an environment where ambition is normal and independence is trained. If you like crisp standards, quick decisions, and visible outcomes, this is the work for you. Apply to shape a campus where students learn faster, families feel the difference, and operational excellence is the quiet power behind it all.

What you will be doing

  • Execute the daily schedule with military precision, ensuring 2-Hour Learning blocks start on time, maintain optimal quiet conditions, and conclude effectively.
  • Provide first-line technical support including device configuration and troubleshooting, while managing seamless escalation to IT when necessary.
  • Orchestrate campus safety protocols, emergency drills, incident documentation, vendor management, and facilities readiness.
  • Deliver clear, timely communications to all stakeholders—students, families, and staff—with efficient follow-through and comprehensive documentation.
  • Drive campus milestone events, new student onboarding, and resource management to ensure consistent operational excellence.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Teaching academics or developing curriculum—our Guides handle student mentorship while you perfect the operational systems.
  • Working in isolation—your role is front-facing, directly impacting student achievement and family confidence.
  • Engaging in administrative tasks that don't directly enhance learning speed, campus safety, or educational quality.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the campus environment is always safe, ready, and supportive so that students and staff can focus on learning and growth, not logistics.

Candidate requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or comparable high-service environments
  • Demonstrated composure under pressure; proactive problem-solving ability with consistent accuracy while managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with basic IT support functions and Google Workspace administration
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that inspire confidence and trust
  • U.S. work authorization and commitment to on-site presence in Austin, TX (visa sponsorship not available)
