At 2 Hour Learning, we're rapidly scaling our revolutionary K-12 education model across America. Within six months, we'll launch 25-30 campuses—each demanding new construction, significant renovations, and bulletproof operational infrastructure. We're searching for an exceptional operator to command this critical pillar: creating, enhancing, and maintaining the physical environments where our educational vision comes to life. Without ready facilities, everything stalls.

This isn't about passive oversight. It's about decisive execution backed by substantial resources, critical timelines, and executive authority. You'll command an SVP and comprehensive team of VPs, analysts, and contractors. You'll control budgetary decisions and hiring. And you'll be the driving force behind establishing new campuses, upgrading existing locations, implementing universal standards, and creating AI-powered playbooks that make future growth more efficient, economical, and intelligent.

2 Hour Learning powers multiple educational brands including Alpha, NextGen Academy, GT School, and Texas Sports Academy—a growing family of schools built on one revolutionary principle: students achieve a full year of academic growth in just two focused hours daily. The remainder of their day belongs to sports, arts, exploration, or simply living life. We're private equity-backed, fully capitalized, and expanding nationwide.

This position is designed for operators who excel when perfection is the only acceptable outcome. If you've been told your pace is too aggressive for conventional organizations, you've found your match.

What you will be doing

  • Spearheading the national facilities initiative: executing new construction, major renovations, and sustainable operational systems across 25-30 campuses
  • Building and expanding a high-performance team (SVP + VPs + staff), with complete P&L responsibility for the facilities division
  • Creating and implementing universal standards for procurement, security protocols, furnishings, IT infrastructure, and brand visibility
  • Developing and deploying AI-enhanced playbooks and service level agreements that eliminate inefficiencies and accelerate each expansion phase
  • Working directly under the founder while synchronizing efforts with legal, financial, and compliance counterparts to meet non-negotiable launch deadlines

What you will NOT be doing

  • Offering suggestions from a distance — you'll be the decision-maker driving action
  • Handling isolated, single-location projects — your mandate is comprehensive and nationwide
  • Maintaining outdated methodologies — you'll architect and implement next-generation, AI-enhanced systems
  • Awaiting leadership directives — this role propels our expansion strategy, not responds to it

Key responsibilities

Establish, elevate, and maintain facilities across the nation — guaranteeing every campus is prepared for students, delivered on schedule, and supported by scalable, AI-enhanced operational frameworks.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated success leading sophisticated, multi-location execution initiatives with stringent deadlines and significant real-world implications
  • Direct oversight of new construction, large-scale facility upgrades, and operational systems at national or global levels
  • Practical experience with retail development projects and/or extensive maintenance programs where launch readiness and standardization were essential
  • Proven capability to develop and lead high-achieving teams, with complete budget/P&L authority
  • Superior analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities
  • Ability to operate with decisiveness, independence, and responsibility in rapid-growth or private equity environments
  • Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time

  • Background in launching or expanding regulated, multi-site operations
  • Experience in educational, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities were a critical success factor
