What you will be doing
- Research and transform local licensing and permitting requirements into actionable plans using AI tools and official resources.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with city and state agencies to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness in all filings and track approvals to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide leadership with real-time updates through current dashboards and paper trails.
- Engage in hands-on learning and coaching to achieve quick wins and continuous improvement.
