We use AI-driven personalization to condense a traditional school day into two concentrated hours, freeing students to spend the rest of their day developing practical, real-world capabilities instead of remaining seated in conventional classrooms. But before any of this innovation can take place, there's a critical first step: a school must open — with full legal compliance, safety clearances, and on schedule. This is your responsibility.
In this position, you won't be drafting policies or overseeing from afar. You'll operate in the field (and in transit), transforming signed leases into operational campuses: investigating local regulatory frameworks, contacting code enforcement officials, securing necessary authorizations, liaising with construction crews, and deploying AI resources to accelerate timelines by weeks beyond conventional expectations. You'll collaborate directly with veteran operators and build teams — not from an office chair, but at construction sites and municipal offices, delivering outcomes you can identify and declare, "I made that opening happen."
