Description

Are you the visionary who transforms spaces into extraordinary experiences? Join us as the architect behind the "ready" standard for our campuses.

We seek an innovative operator who sees beyond the bricks and mortar to create a seamless environment where every detail resonates with our brand's essence. From the grandeur of the furniture to the welcoming touch of signage, your expertise will craft a memorable first impression for UHNW families. Your mission is to bring our vision to life, turning each space into a dynamic 2 Hour Learning campus.

In this role, you will pioneer the creation of dashboards and procurement systems, ensuring uniform excellence across 25+ campuses. Whether it's major renovations or last-minute technical tweaks, you'll orchestrate operations with finesse. This is a role for the driven, not the stagnant; a space for those who thrive amidst the hustle of new projects, vendor negotiations, and ever-evolving directives.

If you have ever looked at a space and thought, "This could be so much more," and made it happen, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure campuses are impeccably prepared for launch, leaving no room for last-minute hiccups or oversights.
  • Develop and sustain AI-driven dashboards and checklists that oversee decor, furnishings, signage, networking, and operational systems.
  • Lead the execution of multi-site upgrades, efficiently managing vendor proposals, budgets, and schedules while minimizing disruptions.
  • Establish and enforce universal standards from hospitality to HVAC, ensuring a premium and consistent campus experience.
  • Utilize IoT data and AI tools for predictive maintenance and issue resolution across 25+ schools, adhering to clearly defined SLAs.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Relying on outdated spreadsheets for facility management; your approach will be dynamic, real-time, and AI-enhanced.
  • Waiting for others to dictate standards; you'll be setting and implementing them from the start.
  • Settling for mediocrity; every campus must impress from the moment one steps in.
  • Handling one project at a time; you'll manage multiple initiatives, upgrades, and maintenance cycles nationwide.
  • Shying away from uncertainty; this role is about building and innovating, not merely maintaining.

Key responsibilities

Turn newly constructed campuses into operational masterpieces by creating and executing systems that guarantee each space is launch-ready, brand-aligned, and seamlessly functioning.

Candidate requirements

  • Residence in the U.S. with legal work authorization, without the need for sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% to various U.S. campuses
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or project management, with a track record in managing multi-site readiness or upgrades
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specifications in dynamic environments
  • Frequent user of AI tools and low-code platforms (e.g., GPT, Airtable, Retool, Zapier) for project and vendor management
  • Exceptional execution speed, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring closure without extensive oversight
  • Proactive problem solver, anticipating issues and ensuring vendors and timelines are reliable

Nice to have

  • Background in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or private club settings
  • Based in NYC or open to frequent travel to the NYC flagship
  • Knowledge of CapEx and construction processes (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Strong design and aesthetic sense for visitor-facing environments
  • Experience in developing centralized procurement systems
