Description

If you thrive on eliminating bottlenecks, delivering clarity without prompting, and ensuring seamless execution behind the scenes, this opportunity is for you.

This position oversees the real estate lifecycle following letter of intent execution: managing document finalization, orchestrating inspections, coordinating landlord communications, facilitating internal transitions, and supporting executive property visits. Your mandate isn't administrative support — it's ensuring zero dropped deliverables, zero delays, and complete preparedness as vacant properties transform into operational schools on schedule.

You'll become part of 2 Hour Learning, a rapidly expanding education organization grounded in a transformative principle: students achieve greater learning outcomes in two concentrated hours than within a conventional eight-hour school structure. As we establish schools nationwide, you'll serve as the operational backbone of every opening — freeing the real estate team to pursue growth while you execute flawlessly through completion.

If converting disorganization into disciplined coordination is your strength, we're eager to connect.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinating all landlord interactions post-LOI: assembling required documentation, scheduling property inspections, establishing site access procedures, and maintaining follow-up cadence with complete accountability.
  • Directing internal workflows across Operations, Treasury, and Legal departments — delivering precise information and materials to enable timely execution without friction.
  • Maintaining centralized, real-time tracking of documents, file organization, and transaction milestones — establishing a unified, accurate information source for all stakeholders.
  • Managing executive site visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, visit agendas, and property preparation to optimize every inspection.
  • Executing real estate events and school launch coordination — confirming venues, securing access, preparing materials, and finalizing participant attendance well in advance.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Requesting updates reactively — you'll control the tracking system and establish transparency immediately.
  • Awaiting direction from others — this position demands proactive operators who anticipate needs several moves ahead.
  • Building presentation materials or shaping real estate strategy — your domain is operational execution, not sales collateral or deal structuring.
  • Overseeing protracted pre-LOI negotiations — your scope begins after intent is signed, not during deal sourcing.
  • Hand-holding difficult stakeholders — you'll possess the emotional intelligence to navigate conflict, assert boundaries professionally, and maintain alignment independently.

Key responsibilities

Guarantee that every operational, legal, and logistical requirement spanning LOI execution through lease finalization is delivered swiftly, precisely, and error-free, facilitating accelerated property acquisition and timely school openings.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years coordinating multifaceted, sequential logistics within high-velocity operating environments
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease provisions
  • Documented capability managing organized digital file architectures with logical hierarchy and version management
  • Excellent written communication abilities — particularly for professional follow-through and stakeholder correspondence
  • Verified ownership of cross-departmental initiatives involving numerous parties and interdependent outputs
  • Track record of building automation or systematization for repetitive processes using standard tools or workflows
  • Skilled with platforms such as Google Drive, collaborative trackers, scheduling systems, and communication tools
  • Available for travel up to 50% as required
  • Based in the U.S. with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship
