You will serve as the deal architect behind America's fastest-expanding private school network.
Your mandate is to identify locations, structure lease agreements, and oversee broker networks spanning multiple cities, property types, and enrollment models (campuses ranging from 25 to 1000 students) with both velocity and accuracy. This is not a facilitation position. You will directly identify, evaluate, and finalize locations across varied property categories, wielding genuine authority without layers of corporate approval.
2 Hour Learning is establishing a national presence through school campuses, and this position is the key to unlocking that expansion by building a scalable, repeatable site acquisition and launch framework. Your work will enable campus openings by locking in superior locations and completing lease agreements with consistency, urgency, and reach. The organization requires a leader who can render go/no-go decisions on a weekly cadence, finalize agreements in days rather than weeks, and mobilize broker ecosystems to generate vetted opportunities. You will leverage AI capabilities to surpass the output of conventional real estate operations.
If you view real estate transactions as a competitive arena and thrive on winning across geographies, property formats, and accelerated schedules, this position is designed for you.
Take full ownership of the campus site acquisition pipeline from end to end, encompassing the definition of qualification standards and cultivation of broker partnerships through personally finalizing leases that dictate our scaling trajectory and pace.
