What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement sophisticated AI monitoring systems that predict potential failures hours before they materialize
  • Engineer AI-driven CI/CD pipelines that continuously optimize deployment efficiency and eliminate repetitive human interventions
  • Design self-healing infrastructure that uses machine learning to adapt to changing conditions and workloads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities across all operational touchpoints

What you will NOT be doing

  • Manually responding to alerts at 3 AM when intelligent systems can handle the issue automatically
  • Writing repetitive scripts for problems that AI can solve more efficiently

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you instinctively leverage AI tools before writing code, not after
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience, with proven success in automating CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, particularly in implementing scalable, resilient architectures
  • Proficiency with AI and machine learning tools for monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics
  • Advanced programming skills with a focus on creating AI-driven processes that reduce human intervention
