What you will be doing

  • Partner with clients to decode their business challenges and architect custom CPQ solutions that exceed expectations
  • Take ownership of complete CPQ system configurations, balancing customer needs with industry best practices
  • Pioneer the integration of AI tools to revolutionize workflow efficiency and accelerate project delivery timelines

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the bridge between customer vision and technical implementation, masterfully crafting CPQ configurations that transform business requirements into powerful, efficient solutions

Candidate requirements

  • Proven Salesforce expertise validated by Advanced Administrator certification or minimum 2 years of hands-on technical administrator experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CPQ or similar billing systems configuration with at least 1 year of direct experience
  • Technical versatility with working knowledge of programming (JavaScript, Python) and web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS)
  • Practical understanding of modern AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and their business applications
