What you will be doing

  • Crafting elegant, responsive web applications using cutting-edge libraries and development tools
  • Architecting and optimizing cloud-native backend systems with advanced AWS serverless technologies
  • Participating in collaborative code reviews to maintain exceptional quality standards and ensure alignment with customer needs

What you will NOT be doing

  • Wasting your talent on trivial bug fixes or maintaining legacy features in outdated systems
  • Struggling with cumbersome infrastructure just to keep poorly designed products operational
  • Drowning in excessive meetings about roadmaps and priorities or chasing down stakeholders for decisions

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with 4+ years building production-grade web applications, with demonstrated expertise in both frontend and backend development (framework-agnostic)
  • Leadership experience spanning at least 2 years as the principal technical contributor for either a development team or software product
  • Demonstrated proficiency integrating generative AI tools and technologies into your daily development workflow
