What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement high-performance AI automations that deliver measurable productivity improvements and scale across diverse business applications
  • Pioneer applications of frontier AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, rigorously evaluating their effectiveness for enterprise deployment
  • Optimize AI solution implementation across AWS infrastructure, ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and seamless integration with existing systems

What you will NOT be doing

  • Writing traditional code from scratch—our approach leverages AI for code generation, allowing you to focus on system architecture and strategic implementation
  • Performing repetitive implementations—each challenge requires unique, innovative solutions tailored to specific business contexts
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes—we maintain a streamlined decision-making structure that allows for rapid implementation and iteration

Key responsibilities

Design and deploy sophisticated, fully-autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating scalable solutions that drive transformative business outcomes.

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—your default approach must be leveraging AI tools as primary solution architects (candidates who view AI as merely supplemental to traditional coding should not apply)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with documented results
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and AWS infrastructure
  • Practical experience with GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Proven track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
  • Demonstrated expertise leveraging multiple LLM platforms via APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges
