What you will be doing

  • Architect next-generation AI automations that transform complex business processes into streamlined, intelligent workflows
  • Pioneer experimental applications using cutting-edge AI tools including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, rigorously evaluating their practical business applications
  • Optimize AI implementation strategies across AWS infrastructure, ensuring maximum performance, scalability, and seamless integration

What you will NOT be doing

  • Writing traditional code bases—our approach leverages AI for the heavy lifting, positioning you as the strategic architect rather than the manual builder
  • Solving predictable, repetitive problems—each challenge requires fresh thinking and innovative approaches
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes—we prioritize rapid iteration and practical implementation over procedural delays
  • Creating theoretical models without real-world application—every solution you develop will be deployed to deliver measurable business impact

Key responsibilities

Design and deploy autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating exponentially scalable business solutions that transform organizational productivity

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you instinctively approach problems by leveraging AI capabilities before considering traditional coding solutions
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with verifiable results
  • Advanced Python proficiency and comprehensive AWS platform knowledge
  • Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
  • Documented success implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
  • Extensive experience integrating multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) through their APIs to address complex business challenges
