What you will be doing

  • Architect next-generation AI systems that fundamentally transform software development through intelligent automation of architecture design, dependency management, and predictive coding
  • Pioneer cutting-edge AI research by actively engaging with emerging technologies, participating in prestigious conferences, and establishing thought leadership in AI-driven software engineering

What you will NOT be doing

  • Routine Code Maintenance: Your expertise won't be wasted on mundane debugging or incremental updates to existing codebases
  • Standard Software Development: This role transcends conventional programming tasks - you'll be creating the AI systems that transform how standard development is done

Key responsibilities

Drive transformational improvement in development velocity, error reduction, and code quality that delivers measurable competitive advantage through faster time-to-market and superior customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated impact as a software engineer implementing high-value initiatives
  • Proven expertise with GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Verifiable track record successfully implementing Generative AI solutions that deliver business results
  • Demonstrated proficiency leveraging various LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve complex business challenges
