This position demands hands-on experience with real-world Generative AI implementations. If you're still exploring AI concepts theoretically rather than having deployed them in practice, we recommend building your portfolio before applying.
What you will be doing
- Architect and fine-tune LLM-based solutions that evolve into standalone products or modular components for existing platforms (similar to our recent successful launch of www.eloquens.ai)
- Pioneer AI-driven automation systems that streamline internal workflows and operational processes
Key responsibilities
- Drive measurable business outcomes through AI implementation, including accelerated product delivery timelines and elevated customer satisfaction metrics
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated "AI-First" approach to problem-solving (candidates who view AI as a supplementary tool rather than the primary solution architect need not apply)
- Minimum 1 year of professional software engineering experience with measurable impact
- Proficiency with modern GenAI development tools including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
- Verifiable track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
- Practical experience leveraging diverse LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) to address complex business challenges
