Description

Elite Full-Stack Engineers: Shape the Future of AI-Powered Education

Exceptional engineers don't just write code—they architect solutions that transform industries. At our company, your technical decisions will directly impact how thousands of students learn through our suite of AI-powered educational products. This isn't about maintaining legacy systems or implementing someone else's vision—it's about owning the technical direction of products that are revolutionizing education through artificial intelligence.

Our portfolio of innovative learning solutions includes:

  • TeachTap: AI-powered historical figure simulations in a TikTok-style interface
  • TeachTales: Personalized storytelling experiences that measurably improve comprehension
  • TimeBack: An intelligent learning copilot that integrates with existing educational apps
  • Athena: AI-generated video content and assessment tools delivering proven academic results

What you will be doing

  • Design and implement critical product features with a focus on long-term scalability and sustainability, not quick fixes
  • Lead technical discussions with product teams, transforming high-level requirements into elegant technical solutions
  • Make architectural decisions that directly impact product performance, user experience, and business outcomes
  • Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize systems to ensure consistent reliability and performance

What you will NOT be doing

  • Jumping between short-term projects without seeing the long-term impact of your work
  • Implementing trendy technologies that don't solve real problems or add genuine value
  • Building internal tools or outsourced solutions with limited real-world impact
  • Wasting time in excessive meetings or managing infrastructure issues that should be automated

Key responsibilities

Drive the technical evolution of AI-powered educational products that deliver measurable learning outcomes to thousands of students while ensuring long-term scalability and product excellence.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of comprehensive full-stack development experience across frontend and backend systems
  • At least 2 years as the primary technical decision-maker for a SaaS product
  • Minimum 4 years working directly on customer-facing SaaS products (not outsourced or internal IT projects)
  • Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI technologies into development workflows
