At Trilogy, we buy these struggling products and rebuild them by keeping only what provides value to customers. And for that, we need insightful experts that can strip SaaS products down to their core features.

This is not your typical product management role. Instead of endlessly searching for new features, you will be responsible for finding unique selling propositions for multiple software solutions. You will dig deep into each product, uncover its core use cases, research customers and markets, and generate insights about what in our products enables customers to achieve their business goals.

What you will be doing
  • Commercial Product Teardowns. You’ll explore a product to understand its use cases and features, supporting the creation of a new vision and roadmap.
  • Value Drivers Research. Through targeted research, you’ll uncover key customer and market information that establishes the business value drivers for each product.
What you will NOT be doing
  • Technical analysis or mapping feature without any connection to value drivers. This role is focused on commercial product aspects.
  • End-to-end product ownership. You’ll focus on product research and exploration, not people or project management.
Key Responsibilities

Identifying the key features that drive business value for a product, and supporting the creation of strategies that improve customer attraction and retention.

Candidate Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with B2B SaaS Product Management
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS product exploration and research, identifying business processes, use cases, and capabilities
  • Experience interacting directly with customers
  • Ability to identify which product features are critical to creating business value for customers 


$200k/year ($100/hour)
